Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 10-20 working days to process. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. A collection/delivery fee equal to the original Shipping fee will be charged whenever a credit, exchange or refund has been approved. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded. A ten percent (10%) of the purchase price may be charged as a handling fee on opened or used products, subject to inspection. Products must be returned in its original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided. SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchases within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the product packaging has not been damaged in any way and the product has not been used or installed.
